Photo album is an excellent tool that you can see in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. PowerPoint 2016’s term for inserting many photographs into a presentation all at once. PowerPoint allows you to import a set of pictures into a photo album presentation. With the photo album feature you can select, rearrange, adjust, and add text to your pictures. By default, one picture will appear on each slide, but you can adjust the slide layout to include multiple images if you want.   The Photo Album is a wonderful feature because you can use it to use a bunch of photos in a PowerPoint presentation without having to create slides one at a time, insert the photos, and endure the rest of the rigmarole. Create a photo album to quickly place a bunch of photos on PowerPoint slides.   Let us understand how to create a Photo Album in PowerPoint 2013. Step 1: Go to Insert and click the arrow under Photo Album, then New Photo Album.   Step 2:In the Photo Album dialog box, under Insert picture from, click File/Disk. Step 3: In the Insert New Pictures dialog box, locate and click the folder that contains the picture that you want to insert, and then click Insert.      Step 4: If you want to change the order in which the pictures are displayed, under Pictures in album, click the file name of the picture that you want to move, and then use the arrow buttons to move it up or down in the list.     A separate presentation will be created for the photo album.
